TRAVIS BARKER AND KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN VISIT

As reported in the NZ Herald, Travis Barker, drummer of Blink-182 and his reality TV star wife recently visited our Grey Lynn store. The A-lister couple just casually rolled in to our Grey Lynn store last year and asked about our burgers – and were not immediately recognised by the staff.

They came in and asked about our burger patties and what they are made of. We told them we make them ourselves, using a bunch of NZ ingredients. We recommended our signature burger 'The Wise Boy', so they ordered that along with some onion rings with our chipotle aioli.

Travis Barker has been a vegan for a number of years and is a bit of a legend. Longtime vegetarian, Barker has been vegan for over a decade, and is vocal about his healthy lifestyle – free from alcohol, full of meditation, an fueled by plant-based food.

We were stoked that they chose to visit us and glad that they enjoyed the meal!
